7 días en Taghazout: surf, recuperación y ritmo local
A good week is not seven busy days. It is a rhythm: surf when the window is clean, recover before the body is fried, and use local activities when they improve the estancia.

Days 1–2: llegada and first read
Keep llegada simple, then use the first full day to read level, energy and Previsión. The first decision should make the week easier, not more complicated.
Days 3–5: strongest surf rhythm
Use the best windows for surfing and keep yoga/recovery around them. Add a local activity only when it supports energy, not because the calendar looks empty.
Days 6–7: bigger choice or soft landing
Choose one bigger outing, one strong final surf, or a calmer Agadir/local day. The last part of the week should not feel like a race.
Notas de planificación local
- Use Paradise Valley or Timlalin as one real outing, not both unless the group asked for activity-first viaje.
- Keep Imsouane separate and Previsión-led.
- Build in at least one soft recovery evening.
Errores comunes
- Scheduling every afternoon before the first Previsión.
- Mixing heavy surf with heavy road days.
- Treating yoga as filler instead of recovery logic.
