These terms govern the use of the website, booking requests, reviewed quotes, transfers and activity-related services presented through taghazout.io.

Booking requests and reviewed quotes

Submitting a request through the site does not create a final confirmed booking by itself. Requests remain subject to availability, operational review and written confirmation.

Payments, deposits and availability

Availability and final pricing may change until the reviewed quote is confirmed. Where a deposit is requested, the stay or service is considered secured only after the requested amount is received within the stated timeframe.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

If dates, room setup, arrival timing or transfer details change, the revised stay may require a new quote or availability check. No-shows, late changes or last-minute reductions can lead to retained costs already committed to accommodation, activities or transport partners.

Activities, surf, yoga and transfers

Surf sessions, yoga, day trips, transfers and outdoor activities can change according to weather, swell, safety, road conditions, instructor availability or operational realities. Equivalent alternatives may be proposed when necessary.

Guest conduct and responsibility

Guests remain responsible for providing accurate traveler details, passport or flight timing where needed, and for behaving respectfully toward hosts, drivers, instructors, other guests and local partners.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This website and the related services are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute or litigation shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal d’Inezgane.
