Days 1–3: foundation
Use easier 海浪, simple goals and clear coaching. The priority is comfort in the water, board control and understanding where to sit.
Days 4–7: repeat and refine
Repeat useful 条件 when possible. Add 瑜伽 or recovery to keep energy high. Do not change spots every day if one zone is helping progress.
Days 8–10: confidence, not ego
Let the final days confirm better choices: reading 条件, knowing limits and choosing the right wave without pressure.
