How the two disciplines are combined
Surf in the morning window, practice in the late afternoon when the wind is onshore anyway.
Shoulder and thoracic mobility work aimed directly at paddling, not a generic class.
A restorative evening session on the two heaviest surf days.
Breathwork that transfers to hold-downs, taught before it is needed rather than after.
Practice on a rooftop or terrace with the swell in sight, 天气 permitting.
Groups small enough that the teacher can adjust individual positions.
How a day actually runs
- 07:00
Mobility flow on the roof while the light is still low. Sixty minutes, shoulders and hips first.
- 08:30
Surf session at whichever 浪点 the overnight 预报 picked.
- 12:00
Brunch, then the day goes quiet on purpose.
- 17:30
Slow restorative practice — the one that makes day five possible.
- 19:30
Dinner together, then an early night. That is the whole trick.
Where practice and surf happen
Surf follows the forecast along the coast between Taghazout and Tamraght, so the spot changes daily. Practice stays in one place — a rooftop or shaded terrace at the accommodation — which is deliberate: the day already has enough movement in it without moving the mat too.
Surf and 瑜伽 questions
Do I need 瑜伽 experience?
No. Sessions are adapted to whoever is in the room and most guests arrive as surfers rather than yogis. The mobility work is functional, aimed at paddling and hip rotation, not at advanced postures.
What if I only want to surf?
That is fine, and it is also the most common reason people book this format and then attend every session anyway. Nothing is compulsory — but skipping the evening practice tends to show up in your day-five paddling.
