Dawn until about 09:00 is usually offshore and uncrowded. Morocco runs on GMT, so a UK working day starts here at 09:00 in winter and 08:00 in summer, a Central European one at 08:00 and 07:00: the earlier your team starts, the shorter the dawn session and the earlier your working day ends.

Is the internet good enough for video calls?
In most accommodation, yes, but treat it as a single point of failure. A Moroccan eSIM with a data package is the fallback that makes the week safe.
Which time zone is Morocco on?
GMT (UTC+0) all year since 20 September 2026, with no daylight saving and no Ramadan change. In winter UK calls fall at the same hour and CET calls one hour earlier; in summer UK calls come one hour earlier and CET calls two.
