Moving without a car, in practice

Taghazout village is compact enough to walk, and a coastal path links it towards Tamraght and Aourir. Everything beyond that runs on the main road: shared grand taxis pass all day, and you hail one with an arm out from the roadside.

A shared seat between Taghazout and Agadir is typically a low tens-of-dirhams fare; taking the whole car instead is several times that but leaves immediately. Local buses 32 and 33 run the same corridor for a few dirhams, roughly every half hour, and take about an hour. Agree any taxi price before you get in, carry small notes, and expect a 20 to 30 minute wait for a shared car to fill at quiet times. Fares and frequencies move, so treat these as the shape of it and confirm on the day.
