If AGA has nothing on your dates, Marrakech Menara is the practical alternative: far more routes and often cheaper, but three hours by road to Taghazout or a domestic hop. Essaouira has a small airport with limited European service and is two and a half hours north of Taghazout, which suits a trip built around Imsouane. Casablanca works only if you are connecting onward with Royal Air Maroc. As a rule, an extra EUR 60 on the fare is worth it to avoid six hours of extra road time on a seven-night trip; on a two-week trip the maths changes.

The flight decides two days of your week, so choose it against the plan rather than the price alone. An early departure on the last day means no final surf and a 04:00 start from the village; a late-afternoon departure gives you a dawn session and a relaxed exit.
