Data requests

The practical page for exercising your rights: ask what we hold, have it corrected, get a copy, or have it deleted — one email is enough.

What you can ask for

Access to what we hold about you, a correction, a portable copy, a restriction of or objection to a specific use, or deletion. These mirror your GDPR rights if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, and Morocco’s Law 09-08 protections — and we apply the same treatment wherever you are.

How to send one

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data request”, from the address you used on the site. Say what you want done and roughly when and what you submitted — the email used, an approximate date, the page or request type — so we can find it.

Identity, without the paperwork

Writing from the address you used on the site is usually all the proof needed — we reply to that address, which closes the loop. Never send passport or payment details for a data request; we will not ask for them unless an active booking case specifically requires it.

What happens next

You get a confirmation quickly and the substantive answer within 30 days at the latest. If something takes longer or cannot be done, we say so and explain why.

What we may still have to keep

Records the law obliges us to retain — the accounting trail of a completed booking, for instance — survive their legal retention period even after a deletion request. Everything else linked to you is removed, and we confirm when it is done.
